NYS PTA is pleased to announce that effective immediately our insurance program will now be administered by AIM (Association Insurance Management, Inc). AIM has over 26 years of experience and specializes in providing insurance programs to parent teacher associations, currently partnering with 47 other state PTAs.

Contact Information - Effective immediately, please use the information below to contact AIM for all insurance questions; including coverage for your activities, prior claims or requests to add additional insureds to your certificates. You will enjoy 24/7 support with AIM!
Insurance Billing - During the first week of April 2017, AIM will mail insurance invoices to all Unit Presidents using the president's address listed on your portal. If this address is not correct, please send any updates to Dania in the state office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Insurance Premiums - The invoices will reflect a small $15 price increase based on the schedule that was communicated to units last year.
Insurance Payments - Insurance payments are due by JUNE 1 and should be sent directly to AIM. As in the past, a $20 per building late fee will be assessed for payments not received by the deadline. Please follow the instructions on the AIM invoice and return it along with your check made payable to AIM.
Insurance Certificate Additional Insureds - Provide any known additional insured information on the invoice where indicated and return it with your payment. This information will be reflected on your insurance certificate. You no longer have to wait to request it be added after the fact!
PTA School/Facility Address - New this year, the address listed on the portal for your school will be the address printed on your insurance certificate. Please verify ASAP that this address is correct to prevent any delays in issuing your certificate. Send any school address corrections to Dania in the state office at email@example.com
Insurance Certificate Mailing - AIM will begin mailing insurance certificates to Unit Presidents in June. In order to receive your certificate in the mail, you will need to have completed the
Annual Officers' Contact Information Update -Form A (online form opens May 1 for the 2017 membership year) and have it approved by your Region Director. You must also have made your insurance payment to AIM.
